Cambria Suites
The new 92 room, upscale, 100% smoke free Cambria Suites Hotel opened in June, 2009. Its signature is stylish, contemporary design. It offers a warmer, more personal environment that competitive hotels, with an attention to function and detail not normally part of this segment. This particular property boasts many "green" features that reduce energy consumption noise and increase guest comfort.
The lobby is a large open space connects the entrance, business center, meeting rooms, bar and dining area. A two-story stone wall is the visual centerpiece, with comfortable and functional furniture throughout the shared space. Guests can grab a snack or beverage from the bar and sit down at the business center - two computers on a large table in the middle of the lobby - or kick back on a couch. The bistro dining area, called REFLECT, serves breakfast and dinner and features a barista bar offering Wolfgang Puck coffee. Convenience is the cornerstone of REFLECT, with the barista bar opening early with cooked-to-order breakfast available. A full-service bar and kitchen offers your favorite beverages and quick, tasty meals. Grab-and-go lunch options and snacks are available around the clock with a cross-trained front-desk staff.
Beyond the lobby is REFRESH a state-of-the-art fitness center with a wide variety of exercise equipment and a relaxing pool, and REFILL, a sundry shop open 24 hours a day.
The suites, of course, are the other signature piece of the brand. King rooms are 385 square feet and queen suites 460 square feet. The rooms, decorated in neutral tones with splashes of color like a distinct gold comforter, feature two flat-screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room across from a sofa sleeper.
A large black grid wall separates the living room and bedroom, a striking and expensive element. Light and dark wood finishes are mixed throughout; an example of the "yin and yang" design of Cambria Suites. Another would be the round end table on one side of the king bed, with a square table on the other side.
